The program
When you request a playbook or contact Aaron Leddy, REALTOR® at Red 1 Realty and provide your phone number with consent, you may receive text messages about your request: confirmation that your playbook was sent, answers to your questions, and follow-up about the request you made. This is a conversational follow-up program, not a broadcast list.
Consent
You opt in by entering your phone number on a form on this site, or by texting (614) 578-5484 first. Your phone number is optional, and agreeing to texts is never a condition of getting a playbook or anything else. You can get every playbook by email alone if you prefer.
Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies based on your request and conversation. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message and the texting stops. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. You will receive one final message confirming the opt-out.

Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. The full policy is on the Privacy Policy page.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include all major U.S. carriers.
