What this site collects

When you request a playbook or contact me, the form collects your name, your email, your suburb, whether you are selling or buying, and a phone number if you choose to add one. The site also uses standard analytics that record page views and general usage. Analytics load only when configured and never identify you by name.

How it gets used

• To send you the playbook you asked for.
• To follow up about that request, briefly.
• To schedule a strategy call if you ask for one.
• To understand which pages are useful so the site can improve.

What never happens

• Your information is never sold or rented to anyone.
• You are never added to a third-party marketing list.
• You are never contacted about anything other than what you requested, unless you opt in.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you provide your phone number on a form on this site, you agree to receive text messages from Aaron Leddy about your request. Providing your phone number is optional and is never required to get a playbook or to use this site.

We do not sell or share your mobile phone number, your SMS opt-in, or your consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

SMS terms and conditions

1. We use SMS to confirm appointments, send reminders, and notify clients of schedule updates or important changes.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP”. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can get help directly at aaron@soldbyleddy.com.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Where your information lives

Form submissions go to my customer relationship system and a secure backup. Email is handled by a transactional email provider. Each vendor processes your information only to deliver its service.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from any email with one click. You can also ask me to delete your information entirely. Email aaron@soldbyleddy.com or text (614) 578-5484 and it will be done within 30 days.

Cookies and analytics

The site may use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand usage. Both can set cookies. You can block cookies in your browser without losing access to anything on this site.

Children

This site is for adults making housing decisions. It does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be noted plainly on this page.
